Training delivery has two failure modes — boring videos nobody watches, and shadowing a senior cook who's too busy. We're betting on a third path: short structured quizzes from real SOPs, on the new hire's phone.
The category is full of "AI cuts training time 50%" copy. We're focused on delivering a real training loop — quizzes, pass-rates, line-readiness signals — and letting the numbers speak once stores are running on it.
Each SOP becomes 5–10 questions: equipment, weights, temperatures, quality checks.
Two minutes per module. Done on break. Not a training day in a back room.
The owner sees module completion and pass rates per hire. Soft signal — never a firing recommendation.
We'll publish actual time-to-line metrics from Ricemill once we have a year of data. Not before.
